Return & Refund Policy
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us within thirty (30) days of receipt. The product shall be unused. Tags shall not be tampered with and in the original brand packaging (if applicable).
2. Haestic must receive all items for the customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and will send the product back to you.
3. You may process returns through your nearest post office or walk-in returns.
4. Please contact our Customer Service and provide your order number, name and address, product information, the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
5. Your returned products with return slips are typically received and accepted at our warehouse within five days of being dropped off at the post office. Depending on the reason for the return, we will issue you a store credit that you can use on your next purchase, or we will resend the products to you. If you prefer a different refund method, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at 012-5539189 or whatsup@haestic.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
90 Day Refunds For Faulty Products
1. If the item received is faulty due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide your order number, name, address, details of the product, reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will exchange the product as needed. Depending on where you are located, the time for the delivery process may vary.
2. If the product returned is not faulty, we may decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product or require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and charge this to your credit or debit card or the payment details. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses.
Refunds
1. We will send you an email to notify you when we have received your returned item. Once inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Shipping
1. To return your product, you should mail your product to Haestic, No. 1720, Lorong Perusahaan Utama 1 Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit, 14000 Bukit Mertajam Penang, Malaysia.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Depending on where you live, the time you receive your exchanged product may vary.
Gifts
1. If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
2. If the item wasn’t designated as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver and notify them about your return.
Late or missing refunds
1. If you have not received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
2. If you have done all the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at whatsup@haestic.com.
Sale items
1. Only regular priced items may be refunded; not applicable to sale items.
Exchanges
1. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at whatsup@haestic.com and send your item to Haestic, No. 1720, Lorong Perusahaan Utama 1 Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit, 14000 Bukit Mertajam Penang, Malaysia.
